Parking 15 pax van at theme parks

We are driving a 15 passenger Ford Transit. I have heard that sometimes these types of vans are directed to the bus parking area at the theme parks. Anyone know if this is true or is it hit or miss? If we are directed to bus parking areas, are they further from the entrances and can we still use the parking trams?

You should be parking with everyone else. The only vans directed to the bus area are shuttles and charters. You are smaller than some of the Class A motor homes and they park in the car parking lot. You may be directed to the end of a row at the worst case.

one thing to ask for is to be the front car in the row, van will be very hard to back out of space at end of day. I have had tough time getting out with our pickup truck

Your van should be fine as a pp said. I did see a number of motorhomes parked in the bus area at DHS last week. Some were not especially large either.

Anyone know if they will valet park the 15 pax van at resorts? We have a few ADRs and plan to valet.
