Park to park + park to/from Springs questions

What time do the buses start running from one park to another? (Specifically, MK to AK.) I am guessing close to the 2:00 hopping time?
Is there any park where it is advantageous to arrive by Minnie van, or are the bus stops much closer than the Minnie van drop spots? Same question for Disney Springs - is taking Minnie van helpful at all?

Lastly what time do buses start running from the parks to Disney springs? Hoping to head to Homecomin brunch after an early morning at Hollywood Studios. Thanks!

Buses start running from park to park around 1:30. Minnie Vans don’t really offer much advantage over buses imo, as their drop off points are in the same areas as the buses even at DS. Only advantage is when you’re walking to the bus area and you see a MV pulling in to drop off a fare and your bus is not there and you’re able to snag that MV and be on your way. Buses no longer go from park to DS, so this may be the point at which the MV has the advantage. You can also take a bus to Port Orleans, OKW or SSR and boat to DS (or walk from the latter two).

They used to, but they never restarted after the parks reopened.

To get to Disney Springs from a park, I would take the bus to Saratoga Springs, get off at Congress Park and walk over. Its a very short walk.
