We are thinking about doing a day @ universal, and a day at a water park, either wet n wild or aquatica, then a day or two at WDW. And also a night of MNSSHP. which may be one of our WDW days. We are not wanting to have something planned for every day. We want to be able to relax at the pool and have plenty of chill time:) this is an adults only trip:) what is the best place/ price for tickets?

You're not going to find many discounts for what you have planned.

None of the legitimate ticket discounters sell 1- and 2-day Disney MYW tickets for less than the gate price. If you want to avoid the lines by having your tickets in advance, Ticketmania.com sells 1- and 2-day MYW base passes but you'll pay about 7% more than the gate price plus shipping. You'd be better off ordering from Disney directly.

There are Universal discounts for a single day. You'll save a couple dollars per ticket at Undercovertourist. Ticketmania sells a 4-park "Bundle 'O Fun" pass that includes 7-14 days of unlimited admissions to Universal, Aquatica and Sea World. It's not cheaper than buying tickets for just Universal and a water park but it offers more options.

Other ticket discounters that you might want to check would be
  • Mapleleaftickets.com
  • Discountorlandovacation.com
  • Billyboystickets.com

You can check them and compare prices. Just make sure that you check to see what they charge for taxes and shipping. They don't all include the taxes in their prices and sometimes they default to express shipping charges.

If you can afford a big cash outlay upfront - non-expiring WDW tickets sound like the best deal for you. If you buy 10 day hoppers with WPM and if you count this as 20 park days (10 major and 10 minor) - it comes out to $34 per day. And, if you're Universal fans and will want to do multiple trips with a couple days in each park - these will come in VERY handy for future visits.

We're going in August with the same plan - 3 days Universal and 2 - 3 days at WDW parks and 1 day at WDW water park. We have non-expiring we're using for the WDW portion. For the Universal part - we got the Costco 3 day tickets for $135.

Hi. If you have some credit cards that accumulate points, check them for tickets too. One of mine offers them for some parks, though they used to be many less points than they are now, so the cash option for the points required may prove just as good.

Disney does not discount (or wholesale out) one or two day or MNSSHP or MVMCP tickets. Most of the authorized resellers will add a premium to these tickets to cover their expenses. So your best bet is at the Gate.
