Hello DLP Board,

Forgive me if this is the 923rd time this question has been asked but DLP seem unwilling to answer me (2 emails sent over the last 8 weeks..no response).

We have booked our 4 day trip (our first) through Expedia and will be staying at the Hotel Santa Fe. Someone has told me that if you stay on site your theme park entry is already included in the price. Is this true or do I have to buy the tickets seperately?

Thank in advance.

Grumpy

We have always booked directly with DLP so i am not sure if Expedia are different but we have always had our park tickets included in the price of the hotel.
Did it not say when you booked with Expedia?

I think your question needs to be put to Expedia not Disney since it is Expedia that you are booked through :)

I think thats true. I have noticed other companies who offer DLP hotels but give you a price for with tickets and a price without tickets. So it really will depend on what Expedia were selling.

Expedia normally gives you two prices for Disney hotels, one with park tickets included for length of stay, and a cheaper price without tickets.

If there is nothing on your booking confirmation about park tickets being included then I would guess they aren't but it would be best to double-check with them.

We booked through expedia and this was the case. We booked without tickets and our friends booked it with tickets. On our traveller and cost summary details it said what room type we had and then next to it, it said if it was with or without park tickets included. Hth

We just got back from an Expedia holiday at Hotel Cheyenne. We didn't pay for park tickets. Looking at the price for 4 day hoppers you may be just as cheap buying one of the annual passes (not the Francilien as you'd have to miss two days out). We bought dream passes as I worked out that with the discounts on food and drink we'd save money (10 percent off plus a free orange juice or wine) and as it turned out we also used our 20 % off in the shops ...um... quite a bit.
people on this site would happily sponsor you so you'd get 10% off annual passes.
or, if you have a child under 7, their pass is free when you buy an adult pass. you do have to point out that you are aware of this - i got mine at the disney studios cash desk and it was fine.

the great thing about staying in a disney hotel is you get the extra magic hours even without a dream pass so you get an extra 2 hours in the park. also the shuttle takes you straight to the park so you can use your time very well.
