We are looking for next year
And are looking at the park tickets where and what is the best price/offers on the 21 ultimate park tickets?
We also like the look of the Universal offer for a free child?

Also we will be over there on our daughters birthday she will turn 3 I would love to do the character dining, which would be the best? etc any advice welcome.
We've never done the dining before.:confused3

Hi Beth:)

Give this site a try for your tickets www.undercovertourist.com we used them last year and they still seem to be competitive and it's proper tickets, not vouchers.

With kids of that age, i would heartily recommend Crystal Palace for Pooh, Tigger, Piglet and Eeyore! FAB! There is plenty of room for the caracters to move around here unlike Breakfastosaurus place at AK, it's very squashed in there. Also the food at Crystal Palace Buffet is very good.:)

Hope this helps Bev, let us know how you get on please:)

You can order a small birthday cake for your Dd direct with Disney and don't forget to pop into guest relations and ask for a birthday badge!

I would recommend the crystal palace too, and when we've been there they've done a little parade around the restaurant with all the characters and all the little ones get to follow on. I'm sure it's been connected to someone's birthday, so make sure you mention it when you book and when you arrive.

The breakfast buffet is good, but on our last trip we did the lunch, and felt it was better value of money as we eat more at that time of day than we do for breakie!

Have fun... you will love it there

If she likes princesses 1900 park fair at the GF with Cinderella is meant to be really good, less busy than the character meals in the park so more time with the characters.
I have booked it for my DD and she is really excited about it.

Hi, we have eaten the breakfast here a couple of times and haven't seen cinderella. We have seen Mary Poppins, Alice, The Mad Hatter, Eyore and Piglet. For the princesses I think you need to do a meal at the castle - and then you definately get all of them - we've done that one too!

Wideeyes please do check this out, I would hate for your dd to be disappointed

Oh that's good news... better safe than sorry I figured :)

Hi again, just remembered there's a princess storybook breakfast at EPCOT if you want princesses more than Characters, havn't tried it myself as my Dd's are 15 and 21 so a little too big now;) If your Dd will only just have turned 3 then maybe the fluffy characters are more the way to go :)

Good Luck whatever you decide:thumbsup2

Thank you everyone Ive made note of everything, I am definately wanting a Character Meal for her, I want her birthday to be special, and our other DD can share in it too :goodvibes

Beth, My DD was 7 on our Xmas visit. On the day of her birthday we booked lunch at Crystal Palace, we've been here every trip and really enjoyed it so thought it would be good, we were very disappointed. Our server was very surly and did nothing for her birthday, no streamers on the table and no cupcake which we had seen another child get, not even so much as wishing her a happy birthday. I politely mentioned it was her birthday whilst she was out of earshot (she had been to BBB and was all done up with a Birthday banner and badge so it could hardly be missed that we were 'celebrating') to which his reply was "oh well" :sad1: On top of that the characters were very rushed and we just barely had time to get our cameras out before they were rushing off to the next table!

That evening we had also booked 1900 Park Fare and the experience there was totally different. The Fairy Godmother at the entrance spent ages chatting with her. The Mice made a big fuss and Cinderella and Prince Charming spent ages chatting about her birthday and came back to the table when her birthday cake turned up. She was also given a birthday tiara and a lovely place mat signed by the characters to take home. It was a lovely end to her day.

The next day we went to Chef Mickey's for dinner and Kirsty insisted on still wearing her birthday badge which our server asked about and even though she was aware it was the day before she still helped her celebrate again by giving her another lovely signed place mat and tiara and by making sure Minnie was aware it was her birthday so she got some extra attention.

Our experience at Crystal Palace aside I would have to say that 1900 Park Fare would be my recommendation. The staff, the food and the characters were all so good. Plus you little girl will get to chat with Cinderella :goodvibes
