Park Ticket Discounts for 5km participants

Im looking at registering for the Expedition Everest 5km challenge in May and im trying to figure out whether or not to book the discounted rooms/tickets. I know that to stay at a Mod (CBR) the discounted room rates are 138/night but what about park tickets? I would be looking at a 6 day base or hopper to add to that (doing a split stay using a PIN after the race) but wondering just how discounted these park tickets are or if I should just add these to my other reservation....

Anyone have experience with this in the past?

I can only give you an idea of what discounted tickets for this upcoming Marathon Weekend tickets are:

a 6 day base ticket would be $227.91 each (think sales tax varies)
a 6 day park hopper ticket would be $246.02 each

hope that gives you some kind of idea what the discount is...
