Park Ticket Can I purchase at Resort?

Can I upgrade our 1 day ticket to 7 day ticket at Pop Century. I bought them on a package deal. Also can I buy 2 additonal children's tickets at Pop even though these children are not staying at Pop or do I have to purchase these 2 tickets at the gate?

Thanks! I called and was able to pay for the upgraded tickets today. I was also able to buy the 2 additonal tickets I needed.
