So, we are less than 30 days out of our trip to WDW. We will be checking in Oct 1 (9am) - and leaving Oct 9 - (4am) We have a 5 day park ticket, and 2 "resort days" not including our check-in date. Trying to figure out which day would be best for each park. The crowd calendars have been all over the map on expected crowds. Any suggestions on amending the schedule to avoid heavier crowds? I'm expecting a large crowd at least on Oct 8th.

Oct 2- MK w/NSSHP tickets
Oct 3- Epcot
Out 4- Resort
Oct 5- MK (only day MK open all day)
Oct 6- Resort
Oct 7- HS
Oct 8- AK

Crowd calendars are worthless because every park is packed every day except for the off season which is now. The only thing you should worry about is planning MK days around the Halloween parties and not going to Epcot on weekends to avoid Food and Wine crowds. Everything else is just pure speculation. I see nothing wrong with your park days. Go to the parks that best fit your schedule.

I'd use either a park ticket or a holiday ticket. I wouldn't use both. I'd rather have two half days than a crazy long day and an empty day.

I would move HS to a weekday. It is the smallest park, with not much filler, and the locals can make a huge difference in crowd level.
