Park reservations not on app

Hi, I'm trying to get ready to use Genie+ on our upcoming trip. When I go into the app, change the day to a day within my trip and hit My Disney Genie Day and Get Started, it's telling me I don't have park reservations. I do have reservations that show no problem in My Disney Experience. Is there anything I can do to get them visible on the app or do I have to call member services? Thanks!

Have you checked to see if you need to update the app? Try that first.

We purchased Disney plus for our 8 day ticket before it was switched to daily purchase, so our genie plus is active for all 8 days of our 8 day ticket. Since genie plus is now a daily purchase, if you are looking at your upcoming trip, click instead on the Tip Board option, then at the top click on My Day and click on Change Day, and pick one of your park days on the calendar, you will see your park reservation for each day. You won’t be able to use the Genie plus feature until the day of the park reservation at 7:00 am.

I've had this issue recently. I deleted the app and reinstalled and all reservations came back.

I don't know! It shouldn't be! Trying to prepare for using Genie+ feels like I'm studying for a huge final exam!!!

DH and I are too old for this! We finally have him up and running again as we took OP's advice and deleted and reinstalled the ap. We bought MB+ which show on our phone ap's however we can't figure out how to customize them which is pretty much why we bought them.

Our son and DIL (the techno wizards) will be with us the *third* week, so we're on our own initially. I long for the good old days when we were winging it every day (circa 1990's). I think as long as DH can see his Steakhouse71 and LeCellier ADR's he's fine LOL!
