Park reservation question

Looking at switching a day next week. We currently have Saturday (10/16) as one of our days and looking to change it to Tuesday (10/19). We have park hoppers.

Unfortunately there isn’t a way as far as I can tell to switch without cancelling Saturday first then booking Tuesday. Just worried that I do thatand I won’t be able to book Tuesday or Saturday.

it shows availability for park hopper start at Disneyland but nothing available for single park tickets

just looking for reassurance if I cancel Saturday, Tuesday will be available, or is there a way to do it without cancelling. Calling in or something

Unfortunately there is no way to book the new date without canceling the old date first. If you’re seeing availability, I’d do it now before it gets booked. Good luck!

There's no way to know past checking the availability calendar, seeing your desired date available and then jumping off the cliff. You have to cancel to rebook.

Thanks I was able to cancel and book the new day. Was just scared of losing my original day and not getting the new one since there was such limited availability
