Mom to two terrific teenage girls!

We arrive on Fri, 8/28 and are staying until Thurs, Sept. 3. We have been to WDW 8 times before - but not for 3 years. I had to re-register on this site, but I have lived on this site for all of our other trips - did TourguideMike twice. I used to know the ins and outs of trip planning.
For some reason, I'm unsure of what I want to do - I think because of the early closings of the parks, along with my kids being older.
I had my mind made up that we were going to MK's EMH for the evening - it's only happening one night during our trip. And I thought since I have teenagers that we should do that.....but now I'm thinking it's gonna be a zoo. That is also the only night Fantasmic is showing. I'm thinking we should bag MK and go to Fantasmic - and do what I've always done before - go to MK the NEXT morning. Thoughts, please.
