Park Passes in two separate transactions

I have MDE set up for myself and my daughter and also the other family we are travelling with. All under one account as we will be vacationing together, sharing rental property, visiting the same parks, etc.
I am ready to purchase our park passes but want to do this in two separate transactions using two separate methods of payment.
One transactions will be for myself and my daughter and the other transaction will be the passes for the other family.
When you purchase the passes, do you need to register them under each visitor's name?
Does anyone see any issue I would have by purchasing these passes in two transactions?

Nope, you can purchase all seperate, all together or what ever combo you want. It is when you add them to MDE is when you assign who they are going to. They have no names until you do. Simple. Also if your buying direct, there are places you can save a few bucks, CAA, Undercovertourist to name 2 that are legit.

I was going to purchase directly on the WDW website through MDE profile.

Last year when tickets were 25% off I could have bought them at CAA at a Canadian price. It was not cheaper than buying direct. Maybe someone has a different experience. I could not currently find the Canadian discount with Undercover. The only way I know to save a bit for some is buying a Canadian Disney gift card with a credit card to get whatever points from the credit card. Then buy the tickets using the gift card to avoid a 2.5% credit card exchange fee.
