Park opening time?

I just looked online at Universal Orlando for park hours for mid August. IOA says 9:00-10:00. Does that mean with early entry we can get into WWOHP at 8:00? That would mean we could use the club level breakfast offerings as soon as they open

For it being summertime I thought the park would open at 8:00 for regular guests. Do they ever change the park hours less than 30 days out??

Bumping to see if anyone else might know if they might change park opening in August to an earlier time? Right now IOA is set for 9am opening.
