park opening at MK

I have never taken the bus to MK. This year we are going to. My question is: When you go to MK in your car they hold you up at the monorail station until opening. If you take the bus, will they take you to the front gates before opening?

I assume you are talking about the resort buses.... they take you right up to the gate - no TTC, no monorail, no ferry ride necessary. We were there before opening. There will be a line, waiting to get in. Have fun!

In all of my visits I'd never been at the gatesof MK when it opened until this past Oct. We took the bus from the ASMu and yes it was crowded but it was really fun the train pulled up and the fab 5 got off to officially open the park. Like everything else it was part of the show. I think we may have even counted down to the opening...We'll be sure to do it again shortly.

Starting at 7:30am, all MK buses drop off at the MK turnstiles. Those guests who drove, and parked at the TTC will be held back until 8:45.
