First cruise since pre-Covid and we used to do Park & Cruise. We also need a night before hotel so wondering if anyone knows the best route for savings…

Honestly, with how busy Port Canaveral is these days, I haven't seen much in the way of Park and Cruise offerings for hotels.

I know friends who have used Port Canaveral Parking which is around the corner from the Disney terminal multiple times. When we cruised on the Wish in Nov 22, there were so many other ships in port and it was so busy we were glad we had decided to just park at the Port and pay the extra instead of fighting local traffic. We waited in a 30 minute or so back up to get to the exit for the Disney Terminal which is the first one.

The port is very poorly equipped to handle traffic for days when most/all of the berths are being used.

You can find several places and even make reservations on line. However when I considered the tips for the shuttle drivers and the waiting time both coming and returning, I didn't think it was worth it. On one shuttle there was the driver and someone who loaded your bags on and off . It was obvious they both wanted tips. Anyway i dont think you really save that much. Plus the shuttle drivers wait until they are full. Weve waited 30 minutes. Then you have the ride. The port parking is directly across the street from the terminal. Its an easy walk. So that's where we park now. Frankly, there are plenty of other ways to save on the cruise.

UPDATE:
I called Park n Cruise and another local parking/shuttle service and BOTH are no longer shuttling to Disney!!

The 2nd service the women was very flustered and acted like it was a topic she was not supposed to be discussing but then said “oh well, it’s the truth and I’m going to tell you the truth” then proceeded to tell me that Disney decided one day it will no longer allow shuttles into the drop off/pickup so they showed up and were turned away, making for very angry customers that they needed to refund. She said that all the lot owners go together and decided they would no longer service Disney because they didn’t want to take the chance of having to refund angry customers.

So it seems off location parking is a thing if the past.
