Park merchandise problem

I just finished unpacking and found 2 problems. My DS's Bruce plush speaks gibberish now. We tried him inthe store then packed him away the rest of the trip. I bought a Polyesian mug that peeled after washing. I hope we can get a replacement.

Once I purchased a very expensive bottle of perfume for my daughter as a gift I never opened the wrapping on the box the purchase was made at Epcot when we arrived home my daughter opened the box the bottle of perfume was empty I called Merchandise Guest Relations I send back the empty bottle the purchase was exchanged with no problem

I would change the batteries in the Bruce plush first, if that's possible, before sending it off. Those batteries don't hold up forever, and who knows how long they were used before you purchased it.

As for the mug, I'm sure you'll get a replacement. I had a mug with a painted designed on it. It didn't have a glaze over it, so after a few hand washes, Mickey started to rub off. When I got the new one, I noticed they added a glaze to it.

If you can replace the batteries, try that first. If they're not replaceable, call Disney. We bought my oldest a talking Perry last Fall, the day before we were leaving. It worked in the store and that night, the next day on the way home it wouldn't work. I called Disney the next day and told the CM that we'd had it less than 24 hours when it stopped working. I gave the SKU off the receipt and they shipped us a new one, no charge, and didn't even want the old one back. They are very good about customer service - definitely give them a call!
