Where can I find park maps and show times for both parks? We'll be there early November, and plan to get a 1-day hopper. I would really like to plan out the shows and major rides for that precious 1 day hopping 2 parks.

We're from US, our flight arrives at CDG at 7:30am. Am I crazy to think we can make it to DLP at 10am opening after we drop off our luggage at the hotel in central Paris? Haven't booked hotel yet, still trying to find a convenient location that works well with our 7:45am departure flight at Orly to Barcelona. How many hours before the flight should we be at the airport? We plan to use public transportation.

Really appreciate any info you can give me. Thanks alot!

I think you can make it in time if you hurry a bit.
There's an RER going directly to Marne-la-Vallée-Chessy (the stop you need) from Gare Paris-Nord. I REALLY suggest doing that, because it's a direct, which avoids having to change RERs which will only make you loose time.
If you make a reservation online for tickets (at least this is what I've been told by CM) you will need to pick up your tickets at the Pluto desk at the entrance of the Disneyland Park.

If you're going to just go to DLP and NOT do Paris, then it's probably more convinient to find a hotel in Marne-la-Vallée if you don't want to stay on-site.
A girl on the DLP lj community recommends Hotel Marrigan for cheap stays (www dot hotel-marignan dot com, I'm sorry for splitting it up like that, but I can't post links yet) so possibly it's worth looking into that.

Disney should have an airport shuttle running to Orly from their hotels (and possibly also from the RER station but I'm not sure of that), so quite possibly staying on-site is easiest for you.

I think you should contact your travel agent with whom you booked your flight to Barcelona about the amount of time you need to be at the airport before the flight leaves, they are usually the best qualified to answer those questions.

Park maps and events wise, you can go to the Disneylandparis dot com website and just look at their website there.

You usually have to check-in at least 1 hour before take-off, so my piece of advice is to choose a hotel near the airport, like Ibis Paris Orly Aéroport (it’s located inside Orly, with a shuttle for both terminals).
If I had just one day, I will do this:
  1. TGV train from CDG to Marne la Vallee (the fastest way to get to Disneyland)
  2. Luggage at Guest Storage at Disneyland entrance
  3. 1 day ticket just for Disneyland Park
  4. last VEA shuttle of the day from Disneyland to Orly
