I was wondering what time the parks usually close during September?

With the exception of Labor Day weekend-- (if it falls in September), the hours will be pretty early most days. MK usually closes around 7pm. W/ AK at 5pm, Epcot at the standard 9pm, and MGM in the 7-8pm zone.
