Park Hours and 180 ADR

We are going to DW December 2nd. Will they release the park hours and early/extra magic hours before the 180 days for me to decide what days we want to spend at the which park? We wont be attending the Very Mickey Christmas party so I'd like to plan a resort dinner on that night.
