Park Hopping if you drive and park yourself

If you decide to park hop, do you have to pay for parking again or does the $11 cover any parks for the day? This is the first time we are staying off property. Thanks!

You do not have to pay again.

You only pay once per day but remember to keep the parking ticket that you're given when you park the first time. You'll need it for the other parks.

last year when we stayed off property we just parked once and then used Disney's busses, boats and monorails all day instead of moving the car.

That works okay if you close your day with a park that closes earlier than the park you're parked at (wow, does that make sense???), but make sure you don't park at, say, AK when it closes at 5pm, then hop to MK which closes at oh, 10 pm that night...then have no way to get back to AK to pick up your car, as the buses would stop running to AK when it's closed.

OK, this will only work if you park at Epcot or Ticket Center..lol
