Park hopping Christmas week?

We'll be at CBR Dec 20-27 with FD . Our first time park hopping will be late August this year, so not the same crowds or experience. I believe that MK should have 7am EMH for our stay. Should we plan to hit MK EMH most days then hop to another park with our FP+ (one less likely to have closures), after a midday break?

I'm wondering if transportation will make this a huge hassle since my kids probably won't make it past 9pm in the crowds anyway. I'm trying to plan our ADRs & any advice on park strategy would be appreciated :worship:.

:thanks:

I think that's a sensible plan. I wouldn't go during the holidays without hoppers. Transportation is easy - there is direct transportation between all the parks.

I'm interested in this too and to see if the FD w PH is going to affect past experiences and crowd calendar predictions. We have gone during this time without PH and been fine - we just hit parks early and left by mid day from December 25th on. I'm wondering if it will increase more people at EMH because more will have the PH (at least that is what I would assume since it was necessary for FD)

I didn't even think of that, but you're probably right.

We went Dec 26-Jan 2 last year and did rope drop everyday, left when parks got busy, swam and relaxed and then went back to a different park for dinner. I scheduled most of our FP+ for the evenings after dinner and it worked great! We did everything we wanted. 7am EMH at MK are the best.

The good thing is that the busier the parks, the more plentiful the buses. We had the best bus service during our visit the week of Christmas. :thumbsup2
