Park Hoppers on December 30th and 31st?

This will be our first visit to WDW on NYE and I'm wondering if we purchase park hoppers on these dates will we be able to go to any park? Say our reservation is at EPCOT on the 30th. If we purchase a park hopper for that day will we be able to get into any of the other parks at 2pm? Or could we be turned away for being at capacity?
Appreciate any insight you can provide!

There's always a possibility, but the reservations take into account park hoppers and as a result, there's only one time where park hopping has been temporarily not allowed and that was to magic kingdom only on the 50th anniversary. There's also the possibility with some parks being sold out, buying hoppers may not be allowed. Not sure if that's true now, but do remember it happening around spring break and Easter earlier this year.
