Park Hopper Tickets

Hello All!
We have rescheduled a trip that was supposed to occur in March for this October. We purchased all of our tickets through Undercover Tourist with the park hopper option. Has anyone run into this issue since the parks have reopened? Since our tickets were not booked through part of a package (we rented DVC points) will Disney do anything to credit us for the hopper option on the tickets?

You have to contact the place you purchased. Most people who have called for tickets in oct and later are told to just hang on to them till it get closer. But if you want a base ticket I'm sure they.can.asist you.
