park hopper question

I'm 99% sure I know the answer to this. but, I have an evening fp for frozen ever after. i can't change that. I will be at magic kingdom earlier that day. any chance I can get fp at magic kingdom (2) if I dont' have any other fp scheduled other than the frozen one. Or do I have to use it first before I can get fp in another park?
