Park Hopper Question

A co-worker of mine has some non-expiring park hoppers but does not know how many days are left on them. She called down to WDW and was told that she cannot find out this information over the phone and would have to do it in person.

I am going next month and offered to find out for her if I can. Does anyone know if I can do this and where I would go?

Yes, they do have to be done in person. They just scan them and tell you how many days are left. I just did this a couple of weeks ago. We only had one day left, but they gave us newer style tickets with the barcode on them for the machines as ours had our pictures on them from our honeymoon. Thank god they don't make that ticket anymore. What was Disney thinking when they put peoples pictures on the front?

I have one of those tickets with my picture on the front. Terrible picture quality. I would think that photo-id would be more common nowadays except I think the cost is what is holding that back.
