Park Hopper & No Expiry Date Questions

Can you use one of your park tickets at MDW and then use the Park Hopper feature and go to a water park during the same day, and for it only to count as one ticket used??

I heard that you can go to the ticket counter on your last day at Disney and then purchase the no expiry date feature and then you are only charged with the remaining days on the ticket instead of the original number of days purchased on the ticket.

Not sure if I understand question #1 correctly. The water park is a separate feature from park hopping. So, if you only have a park hopper, it doesn't get you into the water parks.

Question #2. What you heard is incorrect. Adding no expiration is based on the original number of days on the ticket.

If you are visiting water parks (and/or Disney Quest) more than once, adding Water Park Fun to your theme park ticket for $53. costs less than separate water park tickets.

Visiting both water parks on the same day requires and consumes two water park fun visits, and visiting both a theme park and a water park consumes both a theme park day and a water park fun visit, whether or not your ticket has hopping.
