Have an ADR at Cinderella's Royal Table for Thanksgiving Day dinner. What happens if the park closes for capacity reasons and I'm not in the gates?

You don't get in and they charge you for the meal anyway.

The hard truth is, if you are not in the park when it closes to capacity you cannot get in for an adr...even if it is a prepaid one.

Now there are "levels" of closures, don't know them all. There is a level that allows onsite resort guests access while denying offsite patrons. But I don't know the rest.
Then obviously the big one....no one gets in.

So if you are concerned you need to be in the park before you are expecting it to close.

1) You get to go to McDonald's, as you won't get into MK. :sad2:
2) And, other eateries will have ADR's filled.

What they said. :)

There are 4 closing levels. Resorts guests make it in through level 3 (where 4 is no one at all). We never experienced capacity issues on Thanksgiving, but admittedly, haven't been in years for the day.
