Park at Polynesian and Take Tram to MK to avoid parking fees

Does anyone know if you can Park at the Polynesian to have breakfast with the Characters at Ohana's and then leave your car their and take the tram to MK???? Or is there a time limit?

No - you can't. Your car can be towed if you are staying longer than a meal would take or you aren't displaying a parking certificate as a guest of the Poly.

Another good first time question. But, no, you cannot park at a resort you are not staying at to avoid paying to park in the theme park parking lot. But if you are a guest in a WDW resort, you will get a parking pass to put in your car window that allows you to park for free in the theme park parking lots.

If you dine at a resort, they often will allow you to park for up to three hours before they tow or ticket your vehicle.

You could pay to valet park your car at the Poly during your meal and then leave it there, but that costs the same as the MK parking lot.

It actually costs more because you are expected to tip the valet.

By the way, even if you did pay to valet park, you wouldn't take a tram (there isn't one), you would take the monorail.
