Parents Retirement Celebration Ideas!?

Dis community I need your help please!!

My parents, boyfriend and I will be traveling to the world for our annual trip April 29 - May 5 this year and we have a lot to celebrate! My Father retired in January after 40 years and this June my Mother will be retiring after 45 years. We will be staying at our beloved Beach Club Resort Club Level. I would LOVE to arrange something special for them (in room or out) to Congratulate/Celebrate their achievement! Neither of them are wine/champagne drinkers so that would be out of the question (that is always the first thing that someone recommends to me). My Father doesn't have a very elaborate palette for food so a celebration at Victoria & Alberts wouldn't work either.

Does anyone out there have any ideas they could shoot my way of something I could do for them? I am very very open to suggestions no matter how elaborate!

This isn't really glitzy.......... if you all like Italian food...........how about Via Napoli! When they see your celebration pins you'll probably get a cake or something.........plus they'll sing Happy Birthday Yeah.......my wife and I ate there on our honeymoon in December. We had our pins on........and two very nice waiters (both natives of Italy) sang Happy Birthday to us in Italian..........it was very sweet and a highlight of our trip!
