Tell your parents to keep trying online multiple times a day. After getting irritated and trying about every 30 minutes today after the system errored on me, I was finally able to pick up a CRT lunch on the day I wanted. It is not until 2:05, which is definitely not in the time frame I wanted, but I took it for now and I will keep trying for a better time. I know that in the past if our plans changed and I wanted to add something or shift things around, if I get on multiple times a day every day I almost always eventually get something close to what I wanted. It just takes persistence.

The first few reservations I made were no problem. I had trouble finding good times for LTT on 12/3 and Akershuh on 12/5. Not sure what is going on, but nothing has been opening up. I keep thinking either something is up with the reservation system, a lot of people are holding reservations they will later cancel, or Disney is holding some reservations back.
