i've been thinking of doing a surprise VR for my parents 25th anniversary in 2 years. i'm thinking of an intimate ceremony with just the kids, my husband, and my niece. so there'll be 10 of us.
will i be able to talk to disney and plan a VR for my parents without them knowing about it?

I would think if you are the party purchasing, they would let you make all the plans. I would call and find out.
