Parent of DCP kids booking a room

My twins will be done with DCP on May 30, 2015. My mom and I are flying there to pick them up and spend some time at the parks. We plan on arriving on the 27th. I know they get a discount on the hotel, but not sure how we book the room. Can I do it or do they need to put the room in their name and pay for it?

They will need to book the room on the HUB to get the CM discount. The room can be put in your name, but the CM will need to go the resort prior to your arrival with their ID just to verify they are still a CP. (My DD did this for her grandparents last year and had no problems. She paid the deposit in her credit card) The only issue now is there may not be any rooms (or could be blacked out) available with the CM discount.
