Parades

Hi,
I'm coming to Disneyland for the first time in the third week of April 2016 (been to wdw a number of times.) I was wondering if anyone had recommendations on where to watch the parades from? Does anyone know what direction they go?

DLR doesn't post their entertainment schedule until somewhere between 30- and 45-days in advance. So we won't know what the parade schedule will be until sometime in March for mid-April.

In terms of the direction...it depends on how many parades are being presented that day. There isn't enough space to store more than one parade behind Main Street, so the direction depends on how many times each parade is presented in a day.

In terms of viewing locations, pretty much anywhere along the route is good. Just try to avoid being on the blind side of the curves.
