Can anyone advise what time the parade usually is? I found it and lost it again

Also can anyone tell me, if a restaurant says it is open until 4pm, does that mean last reservations are at 4pm or last reservations are done and out by 4pm?

Parade is 5 or 5:30 depending on the day, so you’ll need to check.

I don’t have personal experience with the restaurants yet, but I got a Walt’s reservation at 3:30 when it closes at 4. They also had 3:45 times.

Thank you. I was hoping to get a booking at Walt's and watch the parade from the window the first day as my youngest is a bit sensitive to noise at the moment but doesn't sound like it will be possible.
