Parade questions - TTC and food?

Does anyone have any idea what time transportation to MK from the TTC starts running?

We're going to the parade taping on Saturday and plan to drive to the TTC. I wasn't sure how early the monorail and boats will start though, if the call time is 7:00 am.

(Oh, and if you've done this before - are any of the Main St. shops open prior to park opening? Like, will the Bakery be selling breakfast?)

I know this comes late, but we were planning on doing the same thing, since no one could tell us if there was a bus from our resort or not. On our way there a bus with 'Parade Bus' drove into the resort lot, so we turned around and caught that. The driver told us that he was called at 8:30 the previous evening and asked to come in early. So even the drivers had no idea until the last minute.
