We are travelling in late August/early September on the gold plan, which includes special viewing areas for Wishes, Illuminations, and Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade. After searching the boards, it looks like people have mixed feelings about these viewing areas. So, anybody who has done this, please let me know if you thought they were good seats and worth your while.

Thanks,

We used the special viewing areas for Wishes and Illuminations this past Jan. The only reason we didn't care too much for Wishes is that there was a tree or two in the way - nothing major by a long shot, I just think we could've done better finding our own spot which we did later on our trip. Illuminations was fine too except it was in the high 40s that night - brrrrrrrrrr! It's definitely worth it to take advantage of if you don't want to worry about finding a spot, or want to get a definite seat during Wishes. I think they ask that you show up 15-30 min. before the start of the show, so it's not like you have to stake out a spot an hour before the show or anything either.

Be aware that you must call and reserve in advance, no showing up the night/day of expecting to get in (happened to a friend). You must also have your vouchers with you. So if you don't mind reserving in advance and showing up with your vouchers it's worth a shot to see if you like it:D Enjoy the Gold Plan, we did:Pinkbounc :bounce:
