"Paperwork" Question...

I received the link to fill out my pre-arrival paperwork. One form I needed to fill out was for my husband and kids. They needed my husband's social security number, birthdate and birthdates of both kids. It said it was for Media something (can't remember the exact wording and I am on my iPad that doesn't allow Flash).

Any idea what this is for? Thanks for any help!

I'm under the impression it's for guest passes to go to various Disney events. Say there's a special screening for a movie or something of that nature, you are allowed to bring your partners and dependents..
