PAP voucher activation

So.....we are going in 13 days. We have SSR for M-F, but are flying in Sunday night. Got a room at Pop Century for the night, and will transfer over to SSR the next day. Our flight is Sunday night ($96 flight was much more economical than Monday morning......hence the Pop Century Reservation). Anyway.... We will arrive late, but the MK is open late with magic hours that night. Is it possible to get the pass voucher activated that late at night?

Yes, if the park is open, guest relations will have at least one window open. DTD guest relations is open fairly late too, I believe.

So, then as a follow up question, my inlaws are with us. He is retired Navy, so they got their tickets through a local military base but he needs to activate them. They won't be going into the park that night with us, but he could get his vouchers exchanged for tickets that night so we can all go in first thing in the morning?

Your certificates can be converted and the Armed Forces Salute tickets purchased/activated at any Park ticket or Guest Relations window.

Every Park entrance (including TTC and IG) will have at least one Ticket and one Guest Relations Window open at least 30 minutes prior to the first Guest being allowed into the Park. And this takes into consideration both pre-opening dining reservations as well as Morning EMH.

Each location Guest Relations Window will remain open as long as there are Guests in the Park.
