panoramique balloon ride & ice rink hotel new york?

Hi does anyone who has just returned from dlp know if the balloon ride has been running, also is the ice rink still open at the hotel new york.

we returned on tues night & the ice rink was in use on the sunday, but didnt see anyone on it on mon & tues.
not sure as to the balloon though, sorry.

Git back yesterday the ice rink was in use but didn't see the balloon ride go up as we wanted to ride in it.

The icerink usually closes at the beginning of April

Many thanks for that, we go on Thursday and are hoping to do both as never achieved either on all our previous visits.

The ice rink will stay in use until the weather warms up significantly (as it becomes too expensive to keep it frozen). But there is also a plan to bring in a new synthetic rink that doesn't need freezing and therefore would be open year-round. No dates for this yet, though. And yes, Panoramagique is still operating but, as ASW says, it is dependent on light winds to be able to go up.
