Disney has a contract with Chamilia, not Pandora.

Perhaps someone who has been on that cruise can speak to whether or not the cruise ship charms are on that particular cruise. From what I've been reading, the cruise ship charms sell out quickly, and I read on another thread, that people were encouraging purchase of the charm once you get on the ship.

We just got off the Magic on May 4, and DW bought a Chamilia cruise ship charm with the DCL logo on it in the Treasure Ketch the night before we got back to Port Canaveral. We almost missed them because there isn't a huge Chamilia banner or other advertisement telling that they are there.

Pandora does not have Disney charms but the Chamila ones do fit. I would take my braclet in with you though because for some reason some fit and some didn't for mine. They are just in the jewelery case like anything else or just ask not sure why there should be a banner it isn't like a jewelery store.

I also read they sell out fast and went the first night I was on the Dream the lady there laughed and said they had a lot and she was right I could have got it on the last night if I wanted.

You can also buy the disney charms in jewelry stores here the only one that you can only get on the boat is the ship one with the Mickey head on it. You can buy the ship anywhere but not with the Black Mickey head on it.

I really wish that Disney would have Pandora make the charms, as I prefer Pandora much better. Honestly, I don't like most of the Disney charms, as the design is a bit off. I also prefer Pandora bracelets - I returned the Chamilia bracelt that DH purchased me at MK, as it opened several times (and it only had 1 charm on it, so no weight issue at all). Pandora has a much better locking system, and has a safety chain bead, that protects should it come undone (which mine has never done).

I wish they did too. The sales lady had to try two different one to get on of them to fit right. I find all the hanging ones won't fit. I bought the spirall hanging mickey head and there was no way that one was going on.

Just a warning about non-Pandora beads on a piece of Pandora jewelry.

Do not wear imposter Pandora charms on your bracelet or necklace; doing so voids the warranty--no matter what the defect is. If you do put non-Pandora beads on your Pandora jewelry, take them off before you take the Pandora jewelry in for repair.

The Chamilia bangle bracelet will fit all brands of beads. If you want to mix brands that is the way to go. (of course Pandora won't touch it with a 10 foot pole. I've stopped buying their stuff because they are SO snooty. It is a shame - because I do feel they are the best quality.)

I have two chamilia bracelets and one pandora. I had one that was filled with Disney charms that I lost on the Dream last year right after I purchased the cruise ship charm with the disney cruise logo. Slowly working to replace each one of those charms again!
I actually like the chamilia bracelets very much. I'm more partial to the chamilia charms as they seem to apply more to my interests and my life than the pandora ones, the pandora ones are pretty, but not as many are applicable to me (besides the family ones). I also prefer the chamilia stoppers more so than the pandora locks. The pandora locks can only go on certain "stations" around the bracelet, so if you have one more charm then what will fit in between the stations, then you'll have a charm "floating" on the other side of the lock. My pandora one is full, so I like to have a stopper on the end. The chamilia locks you can put it whereever on the bracelet so that the bracelet truly "grows" with you as you go from one to many charms. To each it's own, but for those that are new to Chamilia, don't be wary of the Chamilia brand, I found that both my Chamilia bracelets are just as nice (in my opinion nicer because the charms are more to my interests) than my pandora.
