Pandora on EMH or non-EMH better?

We have the choice of doing AK on either an EMH or non-EMH day... our primary goal is to see Pandora, but will do the rest of the park as well. In order to to the Pandora rides, which day is better? In addition, if I can get FP+ for one of the rides, which is the better choice? Thanks!

EMH would be better if you are able to get there by 7 am...if not, do the non EMH day
