Pandora charms/jewelry .... park "exclusives"....

Not sure if this board is the right place.....
But I am questioning the "exclusive to the parks" Pandora beads and jewelry??
So..... when I was there at the beginning of February I was told that there were certain beads that would only ever be available AT THE PARKS.... and would not be online. So now I see on the DisneyStore web site ALL of the ones that I was told were "exclusive" at the parks are now available to order online.
Anyone else a bit annoyed at this???
I always like to be able to have something special from the parks.... to show I was there... not something anyone can order online.
Disney.... you failed me on this Pandora!!

They are exclusive in that you can only order them from Disney Parks retailers, not regular Pandora stores or other jewelers that sell Pandora. However, good luck buying them online, most of them have only been available for about two hours every few months!

I still love them..... but It's just annoying... It decreases their value in my eyes.

My niece works for Pandora. She told me she couldn't get her hands on any "park exclusive" product.

Depends on whether you feel the value of them is that they were exclusive to the park or whether you got them at the park. I wont be back to WDW until Thanksgiving, I'm hoping that I will be able to pick some up while I'm there but if not I'll be happy if I can order them from the Disney Store if I can't. Their value will still be the same for me, a memory of my trip.

The charms are "Disney Parks Exclusive Merchandise"... some of which can be purchased online via the Disney Store. In the case of the beads, they THEORETICALLY can be purchased online since in reality very little stock seems to be set aside for DisneyStore.com, and most is held for stores at the parks. Disney however can see "Disney Parks Exclusives" anywhere they want. Other vendors cannot.

That said there has been communication issues about where Pandora would be available, restocks, which beads are only at certain properties, which stores will carry them (the monorail resort gift shops had the Parks Exclusives for a week and then they were pulled, but WoD can and does carry them.) So I'm sure CM are having a devil of a time trying to keep up with all of this!

Now you can buy a good deal of items at the online Disney Store. It is a convience for guests that may have missed getting something. 10 years from now as I put out my Christmas decorations I will have memories of our trip not that I bought one decoration online.

Also as PP mentioned I forgot to check early for the park exclusives, When I did check around 8am EST One Park exclusive was sold out, another was sold out as I put it in my basket.

I am going down in 10 days. Hopefully, I will be able to buy a couple on property!
