Has anyone got a pancake recipe, I can't find my book with it in, last year i bought one of those shake a bottle mix  but this time i want to do it properley!!!!

Thanks Mandy:thumbsup2 i've just printed that recipe off, hope they turn out alright - i'm no Delia Smith:rotfl:

My DH's makes lovely Egg free pancakes as our eldest DD has an Egg Allergy. Self raising flour, add milk to make consistency of double cream then add 1 tablespoon of syrup!!, unfortuantely we don't have measurements as it just thrown in really. :rotfl: , But they are great ;)

Plain flour, milk and eggs thrown in a jug, hapazardly, and mixed until they look the right consistency........:lmao:

Great with mashed up bananas and blueberries mixed in too :thumbsup2

They turned out great!:thumbsup2 I didn't eat any though -i had a bowl of sugar free jelly instead  I will lose more than 1lb this week(she says:rotfl: )

Glad they worked out well:thumbsup2

Well done you for resisting temptation:)
