Palo/Remy/Enchante First Night Dinner vs other

I've seen it on multiple cruises I've booked in the past. It's there a difference between the "first night dinner" at Remy/Palo/Enchante and dinners at those restaurants on different nights or is it the same experience just labeled differently?

Same experience. DCL only usually permits you to book Palo or Remy for one night pre-boarding, but if you choose the first night, you can book twice.

This is true. The only exception for booking is if you are in concierge, then you can book multiple nights if you wish when your booking window opens 120 days out.

Just to add, we almost always do first night Palo and it’s fantastic. Typically the MDR menus aren’t great that night and Palo is quiet.
