Palo or Remy brunch on the Fantasy

You can always go to palo brunch on classic ships for Magic and Wonder. I'm finally gonna be cruising on the fantasy so I am trying to book remy brunch, dinner, and dessert. Since all I've sailed so far have been on the classics and the wish. If I can get palo brunch on a sea day at 10 am I might do it if remy dessert is in the afternoon that day as the only time slot around 3:15. I"m hoping I can pull that off otherwise palo brunch will need to go
