We have scheduled a 3 day cruise on the Disney Wonder for this December. Being new to cruising, I may ask a dumb question or two, so please bear with me. As I understand, a night of dining with our children can be exchanged for a night of adult dining at Palo. Can anyone tell me how this works? Where do the kids eat on this evening? Which restaurant would be the better choice to switch for Palo? Is there an additinal charge for dining at Palo? When can reservations at Palo be made? Is Palo that much better than the other three restaurants?

Thanks for any help you can give me. I really appreciate it!!!!

1. You can feed your children in one of the buffet-style restaurants or at Pluto's (fast food). Or you can double dip and go to your regular seating with the kids and then to Palo. Or you can have the kids eat with the club. The club will take the kids to lunch and dinner at designated times.

2. On the wonder I would probably choose Parrot Cay to miss, although Triton's is the fancier of the restaurants and you may want to go on that night because you will already be dressed more nicely. Don't miss Animator's so you get to see the light show.

3. There is a $10 per person charge for Palo.

4. You must make reservations as soon as you board for Palo if you want to dine there. Spaces fill up fast.

5. It is definitely worth it! Best dining I had the entire vacation!
