Has anyone booked on an upcoming August or September Dream sailing had their Palo reservation moved? We originally had Nassau as Day 2. They have changed to a Double Dip now, but our Palo Brunch got moved to Day 3, the day originally scheduled for Castaway. Not sure why.

It is my understanding that DCL only does brunch on sea days. If they have you scheduled for brunch on a port day I would call. There is no law that I am aware of saying they can’t do brunch on a port day, I just have never seen it. Is it still listed in the app as an option on the CC day?

What day(s) are the Castaway Days?
Did that change also?

If it's a 3-night (when I think they were offering Palo brunch on Nassau day), it's Castaway, Castaway. So there is no sea day and no Nassau stop. So they would have to have it on one (or both?) Castaway day.

For 8/9 sailing, when they changed our itinerary, they moved our Palo brunch from the original sea day to the new sea day. They did not move our mixology, however. Fortunately, we were able to cancel it, and then reserve a session for the new sea day ourselves.

I just checked my reservation for the Aug. 13th 3 night cruise and they changed my Palo brunch from day 2 to day 3 too. I'm glad I saw your post.

We do 3-day sailings on the dream every year, and Palo brunch is always on the Nassau day, and ONLY that day. When they changed Nassau to Castaway for the initial sailings, for some reason they moved Palo brunch from the original Nassau day to the original Castaway day.

Very odd.

Was the schedule originally Nassau then CC, so that Nassau is now the first CC day? If so, perhaps they thought people would prefer brunch on the 2nd CC day.
