Palo Brunch on the Wonder, what times are available?

I was just wondering what time the Palo brunch is on the 4 day Wonder. From what I understand it is only on the at sea day. We are going May 9th and would like to be able to set up Flounders reservations for our then 21 month old. Do they have Flounders open at the same time as the brunch. Any replies would be welcome. Thank you.

I haven't gone to it yet, but in a previous thread, I saw the times listed as 10:30, 11:30 and 12:30. I'm not sure if you have to pick those exact times, but that does seem to be the range that was posted.
