I tried reserving Palo for a brunch for 5 adults on our Nov. 6-10 Wonder Cruise on DisneyCruise.com. We have three cabins for our group. I'm the one treating the whole family to the cruise. I'm also a Castaway Club member.

I managed to reserve the brunch for the cabin my sister and I are in under that confirmation number but could not find a way to include the three adults, my daughter, son, and daughter-in-law who are in the other two cabins. The day we want to go is my daughter-in-law's birthday and the reason for the brunch. My cabin confirmation number and the other two are not the same.

I also hoped to sign the 4,5, and six year old grandchildren up for the clubs. They are also in the other two cabins. If you all haven't fallen asleep after reading this :teeth: do you know how I can get everything done?

I hoped to find a telephone number and a live person. Live people are not easy to get to anymore. :)

If it comes to it, my daughter-in-law and son could hopefully use the reservation for two I did manage to get.

You need to use the names/info for the people in those cabins in order to make reservations. Also..there is a drop down menu..so you can choose a larger table size at Palo (although you don't want to take a chance and cancel the ressie you currently have). Even for our one reservation..we had to play with the system to see who's name/info was in before we could do anything.

Well, I'm going to answer myself since I found an answer. :flower: I noticed there was a telephone number on the bottom of my Palo reservation for two print out. After a fairly short wait and a few numbers to push, I got a very nice woman.

Since I already have a reservation, all I need to do is take it to the reservation place when we board the ship and explain what happened. All 5 of us should be able to sit together. :Pinkbounc

That is good news diszyGram! I knew there would probably have to be something that could be done so that you could dine together. We are kinda in a similiar boat, with one of our cabins being on the REAS and the other not. Each person has to make their reservations under the cabin they are in. So we booked what we could at 105 days in advance, and have to wait for the others at 75 days, even though we are all the same family! LOL

I also had to comment how lucky your family is to have you treating them to the cruise. That was very nice and generous of you! :teeth: I want to do the same thing as my kids get older, with their spouses. There is nothing like a wonderful magical vacation to strengthen family bonds and have memories to last a lifetime. You all have a wonderful time! :goodvibes

I received a nice email back after emailing my problem to the Disney Cruise line, telling me I could now make the rest of the reservations.

Yesterday was 75 days in advance and I was able to reserve Palo for the rest of our group, along with reserving the clubs for the three grandchildren.

My one problem is by the time I got down to reserving my daughter for the 10:30 brunch, it was filled up. I went ahead and reserved her for 11:30, hoping it won't be a problem switching her to 10:30 once we board. She'll be at our table. :flower:
