It is an outdoor dining area in between the two pools. Some seating (sofa and coffee table) is more conducive for drinks than food. If you are planning on eating a meal, ask for one of the higher tables. Compared to GCH and PP restaurants, we thought the food was mediocre and overpriced.
The restaurant is at the end of these pool chairs. You can see a man in a swimsuit at the bar. I'm sharing because it gives you a feel for the ambiance. It is a casual, somewhat loud, poolside restaurant.
We ate at the Palm Breeze for lunch on Tuesday 1/2 on our last day staying at DLH. We had no trouble getting a table at around 1 pm. We ordered pizzas and some non-alcoholic drinks. The plant-based pizza was delicious. My son liked his cheese pizza as well. They were probably big enough to share for 2 people (especially if you got an appetizer or salad).
Our drinks were a pineapple juice one and a mango-chili drink. Both were quite good. Overall price for our meal was pretty on par with everything else we ate on property (for a sit-down place). We enjoyed the vibe and appreciated the outdoor heaters since it was cold during our stay.
